From 28th to 30th of September one of the most awaited events in the world of bar industry took place at the convention and exhibition center "Parkovy" — BAROMETER 2018 international bar show, which made Kiev the bar capital of the world. The three-day celebration of cocktail culture united famous bars from Ukraine and other parts of Europe, which gathered for presenting the guests new cocktails created special for BAROMETER.

This year the bar show exceeded all the expectations expanding the borders and setting new records: 18 thousand guests visited BAROMETER and enjoyed 44 thousand cocktails presented by different bars. For the first time 23 bars from 11 countries were presented at one location, including the best bar of Asia and bars form the world top-50 list. The guests also had the opportunity to attend lectures with the leading representatives of the bar industry, see bartender competitions and choose various bar accessories.

This year, with the support of legendary Armenian brandy ARARAT, for the first time Armenia was presented at the bar show with one of its best bars — Simona, which managed to surprise even the most sophisticated audience with its mastery and unique cocktails. Cocktails created special for BAROMETER 2018 with authentic Armenian names Anoosh and Nare were highly appreciated and immediately became the favorites at the largest bar gathering.
