From 13 to 21 July with the support of the legendary Armenian brandy ARARAT the 9th Odesa International Film Festival was held — a platform that gathers both Ukrainian and international celebrated representatives of the film industry.

Founded in 2010, the annual Odesa Film Festival has one of the largest audiences in Eastern Europe. Exclusive movie premiers, master classes by world’s leading filmmakers and unique atmosphere — all of these was brought together during 9 days of Odesa Film Festival.

Special guests of the festival were famous Hollywood actor, Golden Globe and Oscar nominee Eric Roberts and British actress, Golden Globe owner Jacqueline Bisset.

108 films from 41 countries were shown throughout the festival. The closing ceremony of the 9th Odessa International Festival was held at Odesa Opera and Ballet theatre, where "Crystal Swan" by Darya Zhuk won the Grand-Prix of the festival.

ARARAT legendary Armenian brandy supported the festival for the second year by undertaking the role of the official partner of the opening and closing ceremonies. The guests were offered brandies from ARARAT range and cocktails made on the base of the legendary brandy. ARARAT also supported the significant initiatives taking place within the frames of the festival including IClubMeetup business event.
