The precious blend


On September 17, the new 30-year-old ARARAT Erebuni brandy was launched during a gala-dinner held at the Yerevan Brandy Company. This noble brandy, source of pride and product of creative energy of the masters, was created thanks to the unique legacy of Armenian brandy production and the talent of generous and passionate people.
The event was attended by more than 150 guests — journalists, representatives of business and cultural elite from Armenia and other countries, which once again re-affirmed international brand profile of ARARAT. The guests had a chance to witness a historic moment, immerse into triumphant milestone of the Armenia culture and taste ARARAT Erebuni poured from bottles that were presented for the very first time by true professionals who were also on the list of invitees.
The event was also attended by the guest of honour Mikhail Borisovich Piotrovskiy, member of the Academy of Science, Director of the State Hermitage Museum, and renowned scientist. His father Boris Piotrovskiy had dedicated his entire life to researching the history of ancient Armenia and made an enormous contribution to studying the heritage and culture of Urartu and in particular of the Erebuni Fortress, which he helped to turn into a museum now located in modern Yerevan.
During the evening the guests enjoyed an original theatrical journey through the history of Armenia making «stops» to admire its most prominent spiritual and creative moments. Contemporary dance, music and poetry were combined to produce an illustrative sequence of images conveying the essence of the new ARARAT Erebuni brandy. The performance featured Bolshoi Theatre soloists Victoria Litvinova and Anton Savichev, the opera star Marine Deinyan, and musicians Dzhivan Gasparyan Jr. and Hubert Tubbs, as well as many others.
