Salon du Chocolat in Moscow
From 18 to 21 of October, the seventh Salon du Chocolat was held at Danilovsky Event Hall — a key event in Russia dedicated to chocolate. Legendary Armenian brandy ARARAT was the partner of the festival once again.
The chocolate festival is one of the most popular platforms for presenting innovative products and the latest trends, as well as for meeting famous chocolatiers and learning the art of tasting. 80 companies and chocolatiers from 20 countries took part in the festival this year. Experts from all over the world and chocolate connoisseurs gathered at one site to share recipes and secrets of making chocolate with visitors and also to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in this field. One of the most awaited guests was Bruno Le Derf, owner of the prestigious title "Best Chocolatier of France". He held exciting pastry shows and took part in the art program of the Salon.
For several years the event has been supported by the legendary Armenian brandy ARARAT. It is not surprising that ARARAT is a traditional partner of the festival, because the combination of brandy and chocolate is timeless. So, throughout four days 15 public talks were held with the participation of more than 350 guests, which were devoted to the "art of unique blends" uniting brandy and chocolate. On October 20, a master class was held with the best chocolatier of France, during which the guests immersed in the creation of a dessert with 6-year-old ARARAT Ani brandy. ARARAT also organized a special event where guests enjoyed cocktails based on legendary brandy and also were able to taste ARARAT Ani with special cookies made by Bruno Le Derf.
